He has experienced in exploration management and was assigned to supervise Geological mapping, geology analytical, drilling supervising, Geotechnical Investigation, Hydrological & Hydrogeological Investigation, and GIS based work. Has been working in the Indonesian Mining Industry for over 15 years. He has significant experience in the field of mine planning, pit optimization, mine planning and scheduling system. He had been managed and contributed significantly to numerous major mine design projects, mine scheduling and evaluation of reserves for many companies.
Graduated from Sriwijaya University, Palembang, Indonesia, majoring in Mining Engineering and is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM), a Member of Persatuan Ahli Tambang Indonesia (Perhapi), and a Competent Person Indonesia for Estimation Reserve (CPI Estimasi Cadangan), and specialist for Coal Openpit mining, Mine Planning and Strategic Planning – PII (IPM).
Prof. Febri Hirnawan has been working as a Geologist Lecturer since 1972 and has experienced numerous researches and projects as a member or head division in Geology, Geotechnic, Neotectonic, Coal Exploration, more than 300 researches and projects in Indonesia. He has specialization in geotechnic for slope stability, landslide, also for mining feasibility study due diligence. He has been certified as Professor in Padjadjaran University. He is an experienced speaker for numerous workshops or seminars since 1975, presenting a poster of “The Effect of Vibration Generated by 2D-Seismic Survey Operation on Natural Slope Instability” at XII International IAEG Congress, in Torino, Italy.
Prior working with Mitra Reka Utama for Geology Principal. Prof Febri Hirnawan also has operational experience of slope stability design in numerous coal mining company. He is certified as Insinyur Profesional Utama (Executive Professional Engineer) by Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia. As part of professional societies, he is an active member of the Indonesian Association of Geologist (IAGI) and International Association for Mathematical Geology (IAMG). He has been involved in numerous projects and research related to mining and mitigation in Indonesia.
Sigit is an experienced geologist who has been working in the coal mining industry since 1994, for Indonesian mining companies and international clients. He has experience in the design and supervision of coal exploration programs, coal resource estimation for multi-seam deposits. Sigit also has operational management experience in large exploration programs covering geological mapping, topographic surveying, drilling exploration, geological modelling and resource estimation. He has project managed multi-skilled professionals in several projects and provided technical support with respect to mining pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, and has reviewed and appraised various technical studies and reports, project evaluation studies, coal project due diligence and provided technical inputs for project bid documents. Sigit has involved in reviewing coal project and “signing off” as a competent person on JORC Resource Statement in Indonesia and Australia and “signing off” as a Competent Person Indonesia on Kode KCMI (Komite Cadangan Mineral Indonesia) as in Peraturan Dirjen Minerba No 569.K/30/DJB/2015.
As part of professional societies, he is an active member of the Indonesian Association of Geologist (IAGI) and The Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). He has been involved in numerous projects related to mining both in Indonesia and overseas.
Sejati Awang Wibowo has been working as a Geologist for more than 15 (fifteen) years of experience in Gold Mine Operation, Coal Quality Control, Mine Plan, Geological Modeling, and Resources Estimation. At the moment, he still working with one of Indonesia gold mining company. He has been appointed as Superintendent Geology production to arrange team and manage production rule to be more optimize and effective for raising company profit. He was also involved in reconciliation and reporting.
He has experienced in Grade Control System and was assigned to supervise Grade Control Modeling in Systematical Procedure, digging plan for ore mined, daily production, and also review and evaluate GC Model in associate with resources model or mining model He has been involved in numerous projects related to gold mining & coal mining in Indonesia.
Join Damanik is a Mining Engineer with over 15 years experiences in open pit mining. His enthusiasm, dedication and ability to transfer knowledge to clients is reflected when working on any project. Specializing in open pit mining, Join’s capabilities include advising on operational improvements, conceptual to feasibility studies, open pit optimization analysis, strategic in risk and opportunity mine scheduling, due diligence evaluations and ore reserves reporting.
Join’s capabilities are underpinned by his experience base where he has occupied roles in mine production, site and corporate based mining engineering, as well as mining consulting roles in Indonesia. He is a master software user and has particular expertise in representing the practical mining aspects throughout the planning process, together with an appreciation of the impact of all disciplines in the formulation of mine plans.
As part of professional societies, he is an active member of Professional Membership of Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (SME) and Member of Engineering Association of Indonesia (Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia). He has been certified as Risk Management Officer (CRMO) and Competence the Top Operation Supervisor (Pengawas Operasional Utama).
Edy graduated as an Agricultural Social Economist majoring in Agricultural Economic and Natural Resources from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) in 1989, and have widen his experience to include urban development issues in general and environmental issues in particular by attending various related training, courses, seminars and workshops. As an Environmental Specialist he has experience in managing and monitoring project on Environmental urban development such as Sulawesi II Urban Development Project (World bank), Sumatera Urban Development Sector Project (ADB), Western Java Environmental Management Project, Banten Province, Environmental Strategy, Greater Bandung Waste Management Corporation, Flood Management in Selected River Basin, Efficiency Improvement and Connectivity Strengthening in Archipelago Southeast Asia Project (ADB). He has worked under direct assignment from the World Bank Office Jakarta as an Environmental Safeguard Specialist on the project Initiative for Local Government Reform and have an extensive knowledge on international standards, such as IFC, for environmental impact assessments. He has experienced conduct Environmental and Social Due Diligence on several projects funded by Indonesia Infrastructure Fund (IIF) and Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia. Some activities have been conducted in strengthening and reform of environmental institutions among others: • Strengthening coordination inter-institution to implement environmental Management and monitoring. • Socialization the environmental regulation in context of Government of Indonesia (GOI) and Word Bank Standards (IFC standards and Equator Principles). • Collaborated with local environmental NGOs • Coordination and discussion with local parliament, Universities, NGOs, Contractors, and Community leaders to find out the best solution for environmental problems • Supporting the establishment of environmental institutions and related environmental regulation (both national and international standards)
